Your Account:

1. 1. Olimpo Hosting reserves the full right to terminate your account at any time without notice if any terms are violated.
2. 2. When you purchase a server you are only paying for the rental of the server for the agreed time, in no case you will have the ownership of the servers, all the services are property of Olimpo Hosting.

Payments:

1. 1. No service will be activated until payment has been received and verified, this action is automatic, although sometimes manual verification will be necessary.
2. 2. If the service is not renewed before its termination, it will be suspended.
3. 3. If the service is not renewed 7 days after its termination, it will be deleted and the data stored inside will not be recoverable.
4. 4. In case of chargeback, your service will be terminated immediately.

Cancellations:

1. 1. To cancel your services, you must issue the cancellation request within our client area at https://clients.olimpohost.com. In addition, you must manually cancel the active PayPal subscriptions that were created when you applied for your service. We are created when you applied for your service. We will not be responsible for automatic payments made through the subscription, and these will remain as credits. Subscription, and these will remain as credits to your account.

Service availability:

1. 1. From the Olimpo Hosting team we guarantee our best efforts to keep all services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the period of time you have contracted. However, they may not always be available to you and we recognize that occasionally an event may occur that will cause the services to be unavailable. While we are committed to working tirelessly to maintain the availability of your services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted.

Usage:

1. 1. The servers must be used only and exclusively for the task for which they have been designed, in no case you can download or install software from unauthorized third parties. In case of violating this term, our customer support reserves the right not to provide support, we are not responsible for the effects that this software may have on your service.
2. 2. The contracted RAM or CPU limit may not be exceeded. Attempting to modify and/or edit any restriction will result in the suspension of your account.
3. 3. Excessive loads may not be applied on our infrastructure, in case of interfering with the services we provide to other customers we may adjust the amount of resources allocated.

Legal obligations:

1. 1. We do not allow any kind of piracy or illegal activities on any of our servers. We reserve the right to permanently blacklist customers of our company who violate this rule. By “hacking or illegal activities” we mean, among others, any kind of hacking, cracking, VPN hosting, crypto mining, scrapping, phishing, denial of service (DDoS). If you have any questions related to this, please contact us via ticket. Remember that the above examples are not exact and there may be other prohibited activities that are not listed.

Responsibility:

1. 1. https://olimpohost.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar contemplated beyond our control.
2. 2. https://olimpohost.com reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify rates, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, terms and conditions of membership or cancel services at any time without notice.
3. 3. Due to the nature of the services we provide, there may be issues such as, but not limited to, performance impacts, data corruption, data loss and delay. These problems are beyond our control and are not the result of our hardware or network. We are not responsible for these problems, although a reasonable effort will be made to assist you with any problems you may experience.

1. 1. We cannot guarantee that the site is completely free of vulnerabilities. If a user is caught exploiting any area of https://olimpohost.com, their account will be permanently terminated.
2. 2. We reserve the right to modify any information on the site at any time.
